We are changing how you see your new home. No more emailing you a set of plans and expecting you to do a crash drafting course in understanding it all, we've done some translating for you and its super pretty!

this is how we used to send you a design. 2D flat plans, well not anymore!

All you need is an iPad with a recent software update on it (You can use a PC however the graphics look better and are much nicer on an iPad).

We own the software and work hard at ensuring we are up to date with the tools to make our clients life easier.

Technology available is outstanding today and we aim to bring it to you using #ArchiCAD.

Step 4. Your designer will send you the link to your new design!

Once you have it your designer or architect can send you your 3D model to show to all your friends and family and walk through for hours and hours.

This is one I'm working on at the moment (have been for months).I have worked with an architect on this project and have added cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, colour selections, landscaping, furniture, stairs, moulding, doors, soft furnishings and more.

This is a Lounge Room designed with textures and finishes applied, fireplaces setting the mood. Art and lighting applied to allow a client to see potential for a new home.

Landscaping and exterior selections are also available.

Exterior Furniture and pergola settings shown here as well as a pool. Some Landscape design was created for the client to assist with visualisation.

As well as detailed bathroom design and kitchen design.

Combine this technology with your mood board and sample board you just can't make a mistake. This will take the stress out of the entire selection process.
