I absolutely love it when the inspiration image....
And the actual image....
are as sexy as each other. This is Noels fireplace and after several options were discussed this is the end result. The tile selected is stunning and I could get lost in it for days.
The room has high ceilings and ample light, we needed a dark finish for impact. At first thought the fire place was to have an aluminium angle on the corners but I completely agree that the mitred edge the tiler insisted on has finished this perfectly. Tip: Always listen to the trade experts.
Next is curtains and I am looking forward to what Lucia Van Gerwen from More than Curtains recommends next week.
After that all Noel needs is a shag rug LOL!
